Their service is always spot on food is always spot on I don't know what else to say about this place it's one of my favorite places to join my son every Saturday or Sunday when we have the time. Even when it's very busy, the staff is very attentive to your needs, love this place.
Wonderful breakfast stop. The portion is great for reasonable price. I recommend the Dix sur Dix, one of their breakfast offers. Serivice was responsive and welcoming. They serve brunch too but I only had their breakfast. The food was good and waitress polite and attentive. Only thing to say was that I had poached eggs and they were a bit raw and barely warm. I’m sure just a timing thing in the kitchen. Loved having onions in my potatoes but be aware that this is extra cost - but worth it. Place was very clean and nice.
I went with my daughter and niece. We were greeted immediately with friendly smiles and seated promptly. Carl was observant and provided both English and French menus. The kids devoured the Eggs & Donuts, with extra sausages. My niece said it was the best breakfast she ever had. They cleaned their plates. I had the Italian sausage and sriracha, it was amazing! Spice with hollandais and over easy eggs... delicious!! I highly recommend eating here, and Carl is cheerful, patient, and good with kids. Sorry I didn’t take photos..,, we were starving and it was gone before I remembered to take a pic. I had to grab take out for my wife who was at work, she enjoyed too :)
We always enjoy to have a brunch here. We feel welcome, the quality of the food is great, so are the presentation and the service.
Ben & Florentine is a great spot for breakfast, brunch, or dinner. We stopped by for lunch, and while the place was quite busy, the service was slower than we expected. However, the food made up for it—it was delicious and satisfying. Our portions weren’t just big—they were huge! It’s definitely a place where you won’t leave hungry. If you’re looking for hearty meals and don’t mind waiting a bit when it’s crowded, Ben & Florentine is worth a visit.
As someone who doesn't frequent breakfast joints, this one is one of my favourites. As a group of mainly English speakers, they were kind to our group who couldn't speak french and had bilingual speakers in case of misunderstandings. The service was wonderful and the food was amazing to boot. Large portions and fair for their pricing (15-18). My only issue was that it was a bit packed but I figure that's a result of a successful business.
You won't find a better breakfast place within 20 km radius!
